Meet the Founders
JiaQian Chan
Founder/CEO
Born and raised in China, JiaQian moved to Seattle as a teenager, where she quickly found a second home and discovered her passion for fashion. Drawn to the way colors, textures, and silhouettes can tell a story, she pursued formal training in fashion design and went on to work with several fashion houses and e-commerce brands. Over time, her creative path evolved into real estate, where she found a natural connection between fashion and interiors—both are powerful forms of personal expression.
Through this transition, she rediscovered her love for interior design and developed a passion for transforming spaces in a way that feels both intentional and inspiring. As a Real Estate Broker, JiaQian brings a thoughtful, design-driven approach to every client experience. She is passionate about helping clients find not just a house, but a home that reflects their lifestyle, while also elevating each listing through strategic staging and presentation.
Outside of work, you’ll often find JiaQian wandering through Seattle’s vibrant neighborhoods, uncovering hidden culinary gems, or traveling to new destinations!
Jennifer Chen
Co-Founder/COO
Jennifer’s love for art and design began at a young age. As a child, she could often be found sketching, painting, and constructing homes out of lego blocks. She knew early on that she wanted a career where she could make a meaningful impact and serve her community. Jennifer has worked as a pharmacist for over 15 years, serving our nation’s most vulnerable veteran population. During that time, her passion for art and design never faded as she found herself rearranging spaces, experimenting with color palettes and even leading a full remodel of her partner’s office.
Today, Jennifer is embracing a new chapter and splits her time between caring for her patients and cultivating her artistic vision. Her ability to thoughtfully balance logistics with design allows delivery of elevated, detail-driven spaces that feel both refined and effortless. Originally from Los Angeles, she relocated to the Pacific Northwest, where the region’s natural beauty continues to inspire her design approach.. Jennifer’s intuitive ability to connect with people, listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful solutions has made her transition to design seamless.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, aerial acrobatics, brewing ginger beer and hiking with her beloved corgi, Tater Tot.
Tater Tot
CHO/Chief Happiness Officer
Meet Tater Tot, the Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) at Linjer Interiors, where she takes her job of spreading joy very seriously—through boosting morale and brightening the office with her infectious energy and adorable antics. When she’s not chasing after her favorite ball for a game of fetch, you’ll find Tater Tot leading the team in “productivity exercises,” also known as gently herding staff members around the office to keep things moving. Of course, no workday is complete without a few well-deserved snacks, and Tater Tot is always on the lookout for tasty treats to share (or sneak for herself). Whether it's offering a comforting nuzzle prior to a big staging day or some celebratory kisses after a job well done, Tater Tot is dedicated to making sure the office is full of cheer!
