JiaQian Chan

Born and raised in China, JiaQian moved to Seattle when she was a teenager, a city that quickly became her second home and the backdrop for her evolving artistic journey. It was here that she fell in love with the world of fashion, mesmerized by the way colors, textures, and silhouettes could tell a story. This deep appreciation for style led her to pursue her dream at a fashion design school where she fully immersed herself in the art and craftsmanship of fashion design.

Over the years, JiaQian built a career working with renowned fashion houses and e-commerce brands, refining her skills both as a designer and a stylist. She developed a sharp eye for trends, fabrics, and the ever-changing landscape of the industry. But as much as she loved fashion, she felt an undeniable pull toward a new creative passion—real estate. What began as a career pivot soon turned into something more profound. As she explored the world of properties and investments, she rediscovered her love for interior design, realizing that homes, much like fashion, are an extension of personal style and self-expression.

As a dedicated Real Estate Broker, JiaQian is passionate about helping clients find not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home. With a deep love for interior design and staging, she brings a creative touch to every property, transforming spaces to reflect her clients' unique lifestyles and aspirations.

Outside of work, you’ll often find JiaQian wandering through Seattle’s vibrant neighborhoods, uncovering hidden culinary gems, or traveling to new destinations! 

Jennifer Chen

Jennifer’s love for art and design began at a young age. As a child, she could often be found sketching, painting, and constructing homes out of lego blocks. She also knew early on that she wanted a career where she could make a meaningful impact on others' lives. Jennifer has worked as a pharmacist for 15 years, serving our nation’s most vulnerable veteran population. During that time, her passion for art and design never faded as she found herself rearranging spaces, experimenting with color palettes and even taking on a remodel of her partner’s office. 

Today, Jennifer is embracing a new chapter and splits her time between caring for her patients and cultivating her artistic creativity through interior design. Originally from Los Angeles, she relocated to the Pacific Northwest 10 years ago. While she occasionally misses the sunshine and sandy beaches, she’s deeply inspired by the region’s stunning natural beauty, which influences her design approach. Jennifer’s ability to connect with people, listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful solutions has made her transition to design seamless. 

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, aerial acrobatics, brewing ginger beer and hiking with her beloved corgi, Tater Tot.

Chief Happiness Officer (CHO)

Meet Tater Tot, the Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) at Linjer Interiors, where she takes her job of spreading joy very seriously—through boosting morale and brightening the office with her infectious energy and adorable antics. When she’s not chasing after her favorite ball for a game of fetch, you’ll find Tater Tot leading the team in “productivity exercises,” also known as gently herding staff members around the office to keep things moving. Of course, no workday is complete without a few well-deserved snacks, and Tater Tot is always on the lookout for tasty treats to share (or sneak for herself). Whether it's offering a comforting nuzzle prior to a big staging day or some celebratory kisses after a job well done, Tater Tot is dedicated to making sure the office is full of cheer!
